How to take your Beauty Shake

Hi! Christie here, I'm one of the Co-Founders here at BikiniBOD.

We are seriously so excited for you to start your Beauty Shake, it's honestly my favorite product that we have brought to the market for several reasons and to be honest, there isn't another product on the market quite like it!

First Let's me talk about what Beauty Shake is all about and why it's total MUST to have your daily regimen!

 Beauty Shake is a collagen protein shake that’s so indulgent you’ll forget it’s good for you! Shamelessly it's creamy, vanilla shake tastes exactly like a milkshake minus all of those unwanted calories and terrible ingredients for you! Beauty Shake has 23g of protein per scoop with only 130 calories! We wanted to take Beauty Shake to the next level by adding Type I & II collagen to it to make this a next level shake.

No joke at BikiniBOD Headquarters we sat in a meeting and were brainstorming what could we create that was new to the market and something we would want to take and our community would love! I just blurted out, we have to make a shake that has collagen, as women we need this. Why can't we have a shake that does it all!

From that moment on we worked and did our due diligence to create Beauty Shake and after months of testing and making sure our formula was above and beyond, eventually Beauty Shake was born and launched April 30th, 2019!

On top of just adding collagen here are a few benefits that we added to make sure it was the BEST of the BEST!

*  100% All Natural

* Made with Monkfruit & Stevia (NO ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS OR SUGAR)

* Digestive Enzyme (Lactose Friendly)

* Gluten Free

* Hormone Free

* Non-GMO

 With that being said, it's super important to know what is in Beauty Shake. I'm one of those women who look at the back of the label and if their are a bunch of ingredients that I can't even pronounce I know for the most part I shouldn't be taking it. So here is a diagram our team put together that has a full list of our ingredients and the benefits of each!

What is Whey Protein?

Milk is made of two proteins, casein and whey. Whey protein can be separated from the casein in milk or formed as a by-product of cheese making. Whey protein is considered a complete protein as it contains all 9 essential amino acids. It is low in lactose content.

How to use Beauty Shake?

The great thing about this premium product is that it does NOT clump unlike some whey proteins. This is the smoothest shake you will ever have, just add 1 scoop of Beauty Shake and mix with your liquid of choice water, almond milk etc.

When to take Beauty Shake?

You can take Beauty Shake at any time of the day, this is a perfect meal replacement if you add fruits into the mix. If you are trying to lose weight, we recommend using twice daily in between meals! This will fill you up, give you the protein you need and if balanced with a proper nutrition plan will drive results! We also suggest downloading our BikiniBOD MONTHLY Nutrition Plan this is a great guide to keep you on track

Can I take Beauty Shake while pregnant?

We Beauty Shake is all natural ingredients and should not effect you during pregnancy or brestfeeding we always suggest to consult with your doctor.

Is Beauty Shake Vegan?

Unfortunately No, not yet we should say! Our Carb Control & Ultimate Beauty Body Formula are both vegan and  we will look to expand and add a Beauty Shake vegan version sometime in the future. Beauty Shake however, is lactose friendly

We can't wait for you to start your Beauty Shake, if you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly christie@bikinibod I answer all emails within 24 hours.
