Protein Pancakes

Who doesn't love pancakes! They are delicious and hit the spot for Sunday brunch with your babes, EXCEPT the unwanted calories.  Well, we got you girl these protein pancakes are AHHHH-mazing and don't mess up your Summer BOD! 

If you are serious about getting your body toned and tighten for Bikini season we would highly recommend taking Carb Control 30 before you consume your protein pancakes. Here is the link with all the deets on Carb Control.




 15 minutes


1/2 cup whole grain oats
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1 BikiniBOD capsule
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Blueberries
1 cup Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Water



In a large bowl whisk together all the ingredients except blueberries. Slowly twist and pull each end of your BikiniBOD capsule until it splits in half and place ingredients into the bowl.  

Once the batter is mixed, add blueberries into the bowl.


Spray pan with olive or coconut oil and once the pan starts to sizzle, pour batter into the pan creating small or larger pancakes depending on your preference.
Cook the pancakes on the first side until small bubbles form on top, then flip over and cook on the other side and repeat.
